The Lean Green ViSmoothie

The Green Smoothie perfect for a snack after a workout or breakfast smoothie.  You may also substitute the Kale for raw spinach or make it a combination of the two as well

1 cup or large handful of fresh green kale
4 inches of cucumber (seedless unpeeled but peeled if there are seeds)
½ frozen banana (about 4 inches long)
2 Scoops Vi Shape Mix
1 cup of Pure Almond Unsweetened Vanilla
3 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in a blender or blender cup ( I love my Oster MyBlend) and blend together until smooth. I usually put my Almond milk in first, then the banana/kale/cucumber, shake mix, then the ice--sometimes I don't use Ice at all , use at your discretion..for my blender this works best because the blades end up by the ice and the shake mix doesn't get stuck up at the top.
